3G coverage in Ubon ?

I will be staying for a month in Ubon and I wonder what provider I should go with to get the best 3G coverage while there ? I found some information but it was old and it seems things have changed in 2013 so I wonder if anyone could give me more recent tips

 

I'm only interested in the data plan, I have some skype calls to make while there

 

(I'm unsure if the hotel's wifi will have skype blocked or not, that's why I want/need a backup solution)

me and my girl use the AIS one2call sim iPhone 3G sim card and pay for a months package.

 

you top up your sim card then call one2call then they do all the rest for you.

 

we stay in the centre of udon and never had any problems with the coverage.

my girl has been back in udon and we have had Skype video call with my girl tethering her iPhone to her laptop using one2call iPhone sim..

 

so i would say you will be fine if its just around udon

we use dtac 3g simcard in tablet in Sisaket. no problem at all ! email, skype ....!!

But UBON won't be any problem as our home is in a rural city!
