Seeking Apartment or Condo

Hi All,

 

I am planning my 2nd trip to try out the low season Patts, I just come back earlier this month from an amazing Xmas and New Years in Patts with mates. I did the hotel thing because it was quite a short stay, only 10 days.

 

This time I'm planning to go for a month and will be a lot less generous with my money so I can stay as long as possible. I am by no means a cheap charlie it's just my first time in Patts I wasn't negotiating anything, I was tipping every man and his dog etc.

 

Has anyone come across any nice condo's or apartments that offer a monthly rental of sorts ? Maybe with some security as I am still quiet new to patts just for some peace of mind when I go to sleep.

Yeah he could get any studios in that price range,but I was pointing the one bedroom condo 18-659 you mentioned.

At 3,400 baht per night over 15 days would be 102.000 Baht for 30 days

Do you mean 2 bedrooms and a living room or 1 bedroom - bedroom and living room?

If you want 1 bedroom ,dancewatchers have 3 of them.

Dancewatchers have 2 or 3 studios which are next to each other.That is perfect for 2-3 friends.However these rooms don't have views.On floor 23 they have 3 rooms near each other with great views.

Give Tik a email at [email protected] she is very fast at returning all emails,just tell her the dates,how many bedrooms,how long your staying etc,but I would not recommend getting 2 bedrooms and sharing with a mate,much better by your self.

don't forget that D/Ws rents have many extras on top of there Monthly rates eg Maid/Linen change/Elect/Water, so 44,000 becomes around 50,000 bht. Still excellent VFM.

Ended up going with 25-987  Because the other rooms were not available when I wanted to travel. Thanks for the recommendation lads!
