Tiger air to Clark - check booking change yourself

GF and I came from Clark yesterday and at the checkin counter there were two guys who had booked return tickets, with a travel agency in Pattaya. When they got an email cancelling their Tuesday flight the agency re-booked for monday, they paid and got a receipt.

 

The Tiger air check in had no record of a booking for them they showed the receipt but it meant nothing as no record on their booking system. the plane was full and the next Tiger flight from Clark is not till Thursday. These guys had a lot of problems.

 

If you have a similar situation perhaps best to double check with Tiger that a booking has been recorded.

Im currently in AC having popped over a few days ago to avoid the pre election booze bans

 

I will certainly check with Tiger that Im booked for my return.
