Upon questioning monk Mongkhol he confessed that before he ordained as a monk he had been arrested 4 times for selling drugs, but he was not afraid of law because he was inveterately addicted to amphetamine and he had to consume at least 10 amphetamines pills per day. He had used the monk’s dress to sell amphetamines to alien workers, teenagers and monks of other temples. His younger brother named Jeab brought the amphetamines for him to sell and recently he had received 200 pills which he split into small bags. He also sold drugs to another drug dealing monk in a temple in Amphur Sattahip which the police are now following up to arrest him. For Mr. Jeab (the younger brother of monk Mongkhol) he had already fled the area after he knew that his elder brother was arrested. The police will rush to arrest him and he will also be prosecuted further according to the Thai law.
