Hello, mates!

Need advice for accommodation. I know, a lot of topics here ))

Planning a trip for a month, I think, hotel for such period will be more expensive than appartments. I'm not a Cheap Charlie and not a fan of guesthouses.
Somebody used the services of Dancewatchers.com? How good their service? How much is charge for electricity and water? Any problems with guests? I want to know details.
Want to book a room in View Talay 6 on Beach Street.

Are there any similar services?

Need accommodation on 1st or 2nd street, in Cental Pattaya. Budget - 35.000 B.
