Russian Man Steals Vendorâ€™s IPod

PATTAYA – January 16, 2014 [PDN]; at 2.30 a.m. Pol. Lt. Col. Natthawat Srithongpech (Investigation officer of Pattaya city police station, Chonburi province) was notified by a female vendor that she had apprehended A foreign man that stole her property at Mike department store, Pattaya second road, Moo 10 Tambon Nong Prue, Amphur Banglamung, Chonburi province, so he rushed to the scene to investigate further.

After questioning the thief he was identified as a Mr. Malinovskii Viacheslav, aged 25, Russian nationality with exhibit 1 iPod in his possession. The police then questioned Ms. Duangjan Kuangkhunthod, aged 20, who is the vendor and she said that Mr. Malinovskii Viacheslav had come to buy goods at her shop and while she was calculating the total prices of the goods he took the opportunity to grab her iPod and walked out from the shop without buying any goods. Ms. Duangjan (the victim vendor) then noticed her iPod was missing so she asked people nearby to assist her and to apprehend him.

Initially, Mr. malinovski Viacheslav confessed to the theft of the iPod so the police made note record for evidence and then detained him to prosecute further according to the Thai law.
