An Axe Swinging Drunk Worker Falls Off Motorbike Breaking His Leg

SATTAHIP – Janurary 15,2014 [PDN]; 14.30 , Pol.Capt.Ekachai Moonlee, detective officer on the shift was notified by Mrs.Mongkonrat Thairueang, 49 years old that she was robbed and her motorbike was taken on 332 road, so the police broadcasted through the police radio to all the officers on duty to arrest the man. He was found riding at high speed and then he lost control crashing into a small water channel in the road, in front of an antique store, 332 road, moo 9, Sattahip. He was seriously injured and drunk. The rescuers from Sawangrojjana Thammasathan foundation Sattahip gave him first aid and sent him to the E.R. of Queen Sirikit hospital.

He was identified as a Mr.Pornchai Pinkaeo, a 27 year old construction worker, from Udornthanee, the police arrested him with a black and blue Honda Wave motorcycle, Kor Bor Nor 163 Chonburi, that he robbed from a house 100/21, moo 9, Sattahip, because the victim had parked it in front of the house and left the key in the ignition so he left the Blue and white Honda Scoopi-I, Chor Kor Tor 327 Chonburi, motorcyclewhich he had stolen from Miss Krissadee Ratchawong, 24 years old, by using axe to threaten her.

Upon questioning Mr.Pornchai, he confessed that he had a strong need to drink 30 degrees alcohol, but he didn’t have a motorcycle, so he swung his axe around to threaten girls and took a motorcycle. He then fled because there were lots of locals who had seen him, so he took off his shirt, to destroy the evidence, and stole another motorcycle to buy alcohol, but he was still arrested.
