hotel info please?

can anyone give me any info on this hotel?

is it in a good position?

is it clean?

are the rooms a good size?

any info will be helpfull.

I haven`t stayed there but walked by it,looked nice from outside,newish i would say.

Location IMO is Ok,very short walk to soi buakhow,where you could cross to go down soi diana onto 2nd road for catching baht-buses,approx 10 minute walk.

I stayed at Dolphin House in Soi Lenkee. Nice rooms, nothing special but only 400 a night. Great staff as well. Someone was always sleeping on the couch downstairs to open up the door for me when I came back late at night/early in the morning

Never stayed there myself, but been told by a local thai bar owner that its a nice place and ok for the money (unsure of prices), the girls in captain bar (dead opposite) rated the place, and suppose they know the place quite well...

I have stayed there a couple of times but only a few nights each time, rooms were well set out and good value for money, staff were friendly and was guest friendly, may want to avoid rooms on the front as soi Lenkee gets a lot of traffic plus noise from the bars

 

I have also stayed at New Nikom Court & J&P Court , these are in the same soi, and are quiet good as well

I remembered seeing this thread earlier and found a link to the hotel, ran a search for "Opey" using the board search function and did not get any hits but the word exists in the title, strange. :What1: Had to scroll through the hotel pages to find it again.
