Drug Dealer Arrested With 8,000 Meth Tablets

PATTAYA – January 12, 2013 [PDN]; at 14.00, Pol.Col.Supachai Phuikaeokam, director of Banglamoong police station, with Pol.Lt.Col.Jakkrin Tuasuparp, vice director with the detective forces announced the arrest of Mr.Weerawat Putson, 28 years old, with 8,020 tablets of meth. He is a big meth dealer in Banglamoong.

Police investigated and knew that Mr.Weerawat, was smuggling drugs in the area and knew that he would sell drugs to his clients in Chawala village, soi Pornchaiwithee, moo 12, Nongprue, Banglamoong, Chonburi, so the police watched him and once they showed their identities they found that he was carrying some meth tablets. He then took the officers to search his house number 81/64, Chawala village, where they found more drugs on the head part of the bed, so the police arrested him.

He pledged guilty that he sold drugs in the area and each time he would get 10,000 tablets from an agent called Jack who lives in Sriracha. He also had meth from Jack at 5,000 baht per time. The police then sent him for further questioning about the rest of the gang involved to be prosecuted according to Thai law.
