After initial investigation the officers then went to inspect the incident point on the road route 36 Krathing Lai – Rayong. On the entrance route to Pattaya, the officers found a navy blue-white Yamaha Meo 125 motorbike, license number NGOR JOR KHOR – 375 Chonburi on its side which had sustained severe damage and the officers also found a foot long knife so they kept it for evidence. Initially, the officers inspected the CCTV at the convenience store in the area of Santikharm temple intersection but it could not see any footage of the group of male motorcyclists that attacked the 2 boys .

Pol. Col. Supphachai Phuikaewkham (Superintendent of Banglamung police station) revealed that from questioning Mr. Phongsakorn Unlamai he gave information that was unclear to the police. Mr. Phongsakorn claimed that he didn’t know the group but he competed in a high speed race with them which contradicted his defence therefore the police detained him to question him further to find the actual cause of the incident.
