Home And Condominium Property Show Hits Pattaya

PATTAYA – January 10, 2014 [PDN]; at 11.00 a.m. the Home and Condominium Pattaya Property Show was show cased for the 1st time at the Hilton Pattaya hotel, Pattaya, Chonburi province. There were a lot of real estate developers from around the eastern region who joined the road show.

The show was set up by the cooperation between Pattaya city and Exact Trading Co., Ltd. in order for buyers and the investors in the eastern part especially to meet each other and also to meet other people in the same sector from around Thailand. According to the latest statistics in October 2013 there were more than 96,000 units in the eastern region and over 60% in the surrounding area of Pattaya city.

Mr. Mike Bridge, who is the organiser of the Home and Condominium Pattaya Property Show 1st , said that at present there are many factors that impel the marketing in area of Pattaya which has caused so many foreign investors to invest in Pattaya city such as China and Japan and there is also the expansion of investment in the nearby area. In the future there will be one more industrial estate that will connect to the area of Laem Chabang harbor and U-taphao international airport, Pattaya.

“For the Home and Condominium Pattaya Property Show has been set up during January 9-12, 2014 on the 17th floor of Hilton Pattaya hotel, Pattaya, Chonburi province which I expect that there will be over 3,000 visitors and more than 100 million THB cash flow and 50 real estate developers in the eastern region have joined to display their project booths on this road show, too.” said Mr. Mike Bridge.
