It depends really what people want. If you are happy not being right on top of the action, don't want to be hitting it every night, are happy to travel in to town when you need to and want to stay somewhere more relaxing and easy on the eye it looks great.

3km up SSCC Road is pretty close to a ton of great bars.

The place looks superb.Should do well.
