Where can I purchase B-12 in liquid form?

I like to take shots of b-12 every week.  I need to know if anyone knows of a specific pharmacy that would carry this?  Please provide name of pharmacy or at least location so I can track it down.

I've just gone to a clinic and they supplied and Administered the shot, can't remember the price but it wasnt expensive
