Hi all,

Just got a question for some of you experts out there. Last year while I was in BKK I had this dish that had shredded papaya, rice noodles and small crabs in it. I've never tasted any thing like it before in my life...it was truelly phucking amazing!!! It was made in a big mortar and Pestil and was served with sticky rice.

If anybody knows the Thai name for this dish I'll be really greatful.

Hi Siam Sam...I just saw your youtube video 'eating bugs' and I just wanted to ask what they taste like? As I was always say 'you gotta try something at least once' etc. After about 11 Singa's, I just might try some :LMAO1:

They don't taste of fuck all really. They taste a bit like chips that have been over fried, that are hard and crunchy. I have tried nearly all the bugs available in PTY except the grubs and the scorpion looking things. The locust type ones I ate a few times last time I was there.
