With the anticipation growing for my upcoming trip, it's news that no one wants to hear .

Big winter storm locks up the central U.S., airports shut down, planes gridlocked leaving thousands of stranded travelers. Flights cancelled.

With hotels prepaid, internal asian flights booked and paid, it becomes a stressful time. Especially with only a day away from departure. Check cancellation policy's and see what I can salvage.

I contact Tim and see if a refund is in order, but with only a few days away, I know it is a long shot.

Tim's return email is prompt(as always) he will see what he can do.

Just got the response that he got the hotel to amend my booking to my new arrival date.

Now that's great service!

Low hotel rates are not the only reason why I always book with Tim.
