Anyone ever used a pawn shop in pattaya?

Or buy something at a pawn shop?

 

Are there any good ones in pattaya or in the area of pattaya that u know of?

There don't seem to be as many as before, but they are around in the usual backstreet locations. Never used one myself, but a friend has bought several small items like sunglasses. 'Cash Converters' at Carrefour is probably the biggest pawn style shop around, but they offer you a poor price for stuff, and the display items are overpriced even for Thailand.

There is a Thai Pawn Shop on Soi 6, Pattaya brother.

There are 3 or 4 on 3rd road and one up on South Pattaya Rd Between Buakow and 3rd. There is also a small one on Buakow on he left side if you are coming from the market end about 100 metres before Soi Diana.
