Excellent value, looks to me.

I still use mine. The D70 was good enough to do Nat'l Geographic covers in it's day, which isn't ~that~ long ago. Put a 35mm prime on it and it's a perfect camera for learning A mode and S mode, and getting the heck out of Auto mode.

 

It also supports CLS so you can remote Nikon flashes with it without using wires.

 

And if you want to get fancy, pull the IR filter off the sensor and you'll have yourself a very inexpensive IR camera to experiment with. (Google it for the howto procedure.)

That's a very good deal! I'm very tempted to take it off your hands. Problem is my mobile phone takes so good pictures and I know I'd probably leave it in a drawer instead of using it. ;)
