Looking For Apartment

I'm arriving on April 27th and will be looking for an apartment. If you're looking for a responsible tenant until you return next high season, perhaps we can work out a good deal for both of us.

 

What I need:

 

1) swimming pool or nearby access to pool at a reasonable price

2) must be near an all night baht bus route west of Sukhumvit or in Jomtien

3) when returning at night I don't want to be hassled by soi dogs

 

What I prefer:

 

1) high speed internet

2) in room safe big enough for a laptop or reasonable security

3) kitchen would be nice but not essential

 

I'm looking to spend approx 10K a month but value is more important to me than price.
