Uncle Acted Indecently With His 10 Year Old Niece

A father was suspicious that his daughter was spending lots of time with her uncle and was coming back home late. He questioned his daughter who confessed that her uncle had acted indecently with her several times so he quickly informed the police.

PATTAYA – December 20, 2013 [PDN]; at 10.00 p.m. Mr. Thanongsak (not reveal his surname) went to notify with Pol. Lt. Nakhornrach Nonsrirach (Investigation officer of Pattaya city police station, Chonburi province) that girl A (alias) who is 10-years-old daughter was deceived by Mr. Chakrit Lamulsri, aged 31, who is a husband of Mr. Thanongsak’s niece, to act indecently at his house at the government housing complex in Soi Nong Prue where the incident occurred on November 18, 2013.

Mr. Thanongsak (the girl’s father) said that he had noticed that his daughter often went out a lot to Big C Extra department store in central Pattaya and she was always late home in the evening so he was suspicious and questioned her until she confessed that Mr. Chakrit who is Mr. Thanongsak’s nephew and the girls uncle that he acted indecently with her. So he then notified the police to arrest Mr. Chakrit .

After initial investigation then the police had already asked for the the writ from Pattaya provincial court in order to arrest Mr. Chakrit Lamulsri who will coordinated with the detective police team to arrest Mr. Chakrit and prosecute him further according to the Thai law.
