Are there any issues with bringing various over the counter amino acids into Thailand? It would be a small supply less than 3 weeks worth for me. Also, herbal stuff like tribulus. Thanks.

I have brought in health supplements and never had a problem..they have been briefly inspected at customs

whenI left some of them in my carry on..better to pack them in your hold luggage.

Sometimes the customs guys are there, ususlly they are asleep, you could take almost anything into Thailand but why take sand to the beach ?

Bring them, have never been checked coming in. Didn't bring my own protein powder, bought some in Patts, overpriced, and gave me the shits
