Maybe wait and see how much there rooms will be per night,the new wave hotel is around 4,000 baht a night,I would get a condo with a view for a better price.

Because TIT you can expect that it will be half-ready construction site that time but they already take full-price customers in. Never ever a construction project in Thailand has been ready as scheduled and delays maybe months or years even building looks outside ready. I wouldn't make booking to this hotel before construction works are really finished. I made mistake by booking for my last trip in December-January room in Grand Bella hotel that was originally scheduled to be ready in October 2013, then schedule was moved to December 15 when it was officially opened having been taking in group-customers from November. Construction works still continued on January 7 when we left.

yes but i can.

 

was shut yesterday as they were still in deep clean

as Nemopat correctly predicted back in feb it will be half open and not ready but taking customers.

 

 

went past today and got virtually dragged inside.

pool not open

roof top bar/restaurant not open

restaurant not open/no breakfasts yet

no business cards for me to photograph

 

was quoted 2,000 bht/night dropping to 1,800 bht if staying a few days

i reckon you could get it for less as apart from a new bed that's not been shagged on, the other facilities are simply not ready

i've read the bathrooms are poor but i dunno for certain.

the rooftop bar/restaurant is still not ready/open  after 8 months
