US, Chinese warships in near collision

Seems the Chinese want to play as if they own the ocean.  Sorta like the old Soviet Union did.

 

Thing is the US Navy has all that practice with the Soviets and the Chinese are new at it.  And at this time I'd put my money on the US Navy versus a very new Chinese fleet in equipment and training.  They are making a tactical mistake IMO.

Interesting times....China is getting aggressive regarding uninhibitied islands off the Japanese coast.  North Korea just killed the uncle of their leader.  I wonder how long it will be before things really to get out of control in the region.
