Maybe I'm wrong, but may I politely ask you what game you are playing here ?

You wrote that you want to learn thai, but it seems to me that we have to do your homework.

You received several tips already about how to translate this very simple sentences.

May I suggest everybody here to wait at least for your own translation attempt first, before us giving you our answers.

Would be very glad to comment or correct your own efforts if needed afterwards.

... I could post those things here if you want .. To show I tried ..

If you could show me where to split the words I would appreciate it ...

Or point me to some place that explains how to decide where to split the words up ...

you make this sound easy :-) 

but, from some research I have been doing .. there seems to be no easy (or one) right answer ... 

for example this post from 2009 about a man helping his child with homework ... to divide the Thai sentence into words ..

Basically everyone he asked gave different answers .. teachers/professors/reference books ..

Cannot give you a magic trick for separating words, but with practice it becomes easier.

Someday you recognize immediately the words who are the most frequently used in the Thai language.

Learn the vowels and consonants bundles first. Then the many RULES about consonants never beginning a word, or those never ending a word, and don't forget the vowels always beginning a word and so on.

There 4 or 5 spelling mistakes in this small sentence alone, so you can't blame computer translators if they can't make heads or tails from it.

They do seem to split it up in the right places though even if they don't recognize the words, so not sure where that comes from?

 

I mostly agree with teigen, I'd just split the sentences up like this:

หนูเมื่อไหร่จะพูดกับพี่บ้าง ที่บ้านหนูหนาวไหม รักหนูนะ

Why don't you do the translation for the guy? Rather than making out you are some Thai Guru? 

google says it means - I have to say on the drive with P. Ber What I love winter, I like sex. I understand the last three words.
