Mineral water, baked beans and organic camillia tea oil

This is a condo clearance sale - the former tenant left a lot of food stuff in the condo:

There are:
34 packs of 6 x 1.5 liter bottles of mineral water "Mont Fleur" (= 204 bottles)
17 packs of 3 tins x 425 grams of "baked beans in tomato sauce" Ayam Brand (= 51 tins)
6 bottles of 500ml of "organic camellia tea oil" Lam Soon Brand

Expiry of the water is Feb 2014 and the beans 05.2015

The oil expired already in July 2013, but it should be fine as it was kept in a fridge.
