I am coming back to Pattaya Jan 11 and I am looking to rent a "key ready" apartment for minimum 3 months, but with potential to stay 6 months.

 

Deposit etc no issue.  

 

I would prefer a condo with swimming pool facility if possible.  All areas considered  with preference Pratumnak area.

Stayed in suksabai residence last june/july,great new place,swimming pool,good location,thepprasit rd,near to jomtien and pattaya,even have own shuttle service,good rates also,booked again for middle of next mnth,also,argyle apts nice,near o,garas irish pub and restaurant/tara court in pratumnak area,
