British citizenship and keeping Thai passport

My wife has just been granted British citizenship.I am just filling in the application form for her to get UK passport and noticed it says that you must send in with the application any passports you have, including foreign ones.

How do you go about keeping the Thai passport aswell as appling for UK one?

Is the Thai passport returned once the application has been processed?? I would expect it to be returned and they want it for identification purposes. I think the only people who can revoke a passport is the issuing country.

dont know.It just says you have to send us all uncancelled passports (British or otherwise)

They will return them and then she will hold dual nationality. Well they did for my ex-wife.  both her and my daughter hold both. Not like china where they have to give up there nationality as Chinese to become British citizen as well
