Three Bedroom Suites in Pattaya?

I have been to pattaya 6+ times, and always stayed in a room by myself.

 

But this time, we have 3 guys coming, and it would be cool to stay in a suite with 3 separate bedrooms with doors, and 1 common living room, or something similar.  Now, it's not easy to find this info on the internet, does anyone have any firsthand knowledge of hotels that would fit this description?  As close to Walking Street as possible as there are 2 newbies with me that I am going to indoctrinate.

Residence Garden has 2-bedroom apartments, and you could book another 1-bedroom
