As I understand it a lot of Cialus is fake. That is it works, but the active ingredient is sildenafil the same as Viagra.

Real Cialus is very expensive as is Viagra . Generic Viagra,- Kamagra, Sidegra etc are very reasonable, and

actually very cheap when purchased in volume. As you look on this board you will find members who have bought

boxes of Kamagra jelly 50 per box from 1100-1500 baht, and 4 pill packs of Kamagra tablets for as little as

100 baht when buying in volume. The jelly works quickly but you can't split the dosage easily like the tablets.

(use a pill cutter) Many people only need a quarter of a tablet (25mg) of the 100mg tablet.

I bought Kamarga oral gel 2 x, one time in BK Sukhumvit and once ordered via internet in Holland. It wasn't very expensive and it works real quickly and well, after a few minutes you notice the effects. No prescription was needed. Only Side effect with me was that I got red blosses on my chest, dry mouth and breathing through my nose was a little more difficult, but these effects lasted only 1 or 2 hours.

In the US if you can get your doctor to write you a script for daily use Cialis, go to their website and download a voucher and you can get a months worth for free.  That is what I did and I got 30 5mg pills.  I am starting a week before I land and it should last me the whole trip.
