Time to CELEBRATE! BANG SARAY BEACH CONDOMINIUM - A Construction has been COMPLETED!!!

Bang Saray Beach Condo, building A Occupancy Certificate has been APPROVED. Building B construction has now reached the 8th Floor and we are on schedule for completion of this second building in April 2014.

Happy Buyers at Bang Saray Beach Condo building A will soon be moving in to their units.

CW OCEAN VIEW CONDOMINIUM
Further good news, CONSTRUCTION IS STARTING on CW Ocean View Condominium at Bang Saray. There are still some excellent ocean and mountain view units available in this development.

ABATALAY CONDOMINIUM
Abatalay Condominium at Jomtien Beach began the EIA Approval process in March 2013 and is currently in the third and final EIA approval process step. Everything has gone smoothly with only minor changes requested by the EIA committee. The Abatalay Condo Building Plan meets the required EIA standards and we expect EIA Approval after the new year. Then we will start construction immediately.

The EIA (Environmental Impact Assessment) Approval is done by just one Government committe in Bangkok for all of Thailand. With the rapid rise in the number of new construction projects in Thailand the process has become quite slow compared to years past.

BANG SARAY BAYVIEW CONDOMINIUM
Newest freehold off plan condominium project, Bang Saray Bayview Condo, has a flying start. Sales have been quite strong with as usual the lowest and highest price units have sold first and fast.
