At 11am on Tuesday, Government Spokesman Teerat Ratanasevi announced that Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra had assigned DPM Phongthep Thepkanjana and Justice Minister Chaikasem Nitisiri to open a forum and invite academics to discuss and find a way out of the current political impasse.
