Tried for the first time last night. Had the Char Sui pork curry with chips 165 baht.

Pork was all meat no fat and very tasty.

Delicious is the best way to describe it.

Every flavour seemed to have another flavour behind it if that makes sense.

Will be back soon.

10/10.

Glad you enjoyed it. Like I say this is not a copy. This is a Thai Lady who has been taught by skilled Chinese chefs in the UK how to do this. And She really knows Her stuff.

I think I know where I'll be headed later tonight for a feast.

I stopped by several days ago around 1am and sat at the two-person table with a mate. His first time eating there and he was impressed too. It's good to share the love.

No spoon with my chicken curry and chips but your good lady lent me a metal spoon. I licked it clean before returning it. Took a takeaway home with me too

Not chillies. Sichuan peppercorn I'm talking about. Cheers.

Yeah, OK, but Sichuan pepper corns are not red in any way, just so you know. (Well, some might be a little reddish brown, _maybe_)

And my comment still holds. Sun dried chili; good. Oven dried chili; bad.

Will there ever be roast duck or roast pork belly on the menu?

You never know mate, but I wouldn't bank on it.

Although the current menu contains all of my own favourites I think it already contains more than enough in terms of what one person can do in such confinement.  This is essentially a one girl operation and with all things considered she does a marvelous job under the circumstances. Single-handed in that small, hot box on a nightly basis surrounded by the noise of LK Metro.

I really love the food from there but decided not to eat at the table last night. Instead I took two lots home. Ate one straight away, the other will be introduced on a first-name basis to the microwave later on today

Looks good! What are those green pea looking things called? Get them often in thai food, but not a fan. Too bitter tasting for me.

Will definitely be by soon to try some of your tasty looking food!

You're talking about mini-eggplants. Not sure if that's what's in the picture though rather then peas.

These are green garden peas. You don't get them in any Thai food.

Had a delicious Hong Kong style chicken last night and it was great.  Also nice to sit and watch the street while waiting for it to be cooked.

Nice! I like peas and that's certainly what the ones in the fried rice dish looks like, but the curry dish looks more like the bitter look a-likes that might be mini eggplants according to Kreggerz.

Either way, I'll be by soon to try.

Thanks.
