The House on Soi 13

Does anyone have any knowledge of The House on Soi 13? Looks joiner friendly but can anyone speak to the noise levels at night? I like the look of this as I like to look for Beach Road types and it is near

I need to really do this trip on the cheap, I have previously stayed at Baywalk Residence, LK Metro and April Suites but want as close to that sort of standard for under £20/1000BT per night (asking a lot I know!). Anyone been here?

Its called Inn House and I have stayed there 5 times the last being 2 weeks ago. I love the location of this hotel and it is girl friendly. Soi 13 is a very quiet soi at night and there is no construction going on. The pool is very small but the Wi-Fi in the rooms is very strong and reliable. The restaurant/bar is nice with some very cute waitresses working. The massage parlor attached to the hotel has some really nice girls working at it. All in all I would recommend if you like the location which I do.

^{Opps I just clicked on the Agoda link you provided. You are talking about The House but its on Soi 13/1 not Soi 13. I do not know about this place except its connected to a ladyboy bar and the rooms are used as short time rooms.}

but the rooms look pretty nice (in the pictures), make sure the sheets aren't wet or crusty when you check in.

The 13's are a great central area to stay in.

 

That hotel looks like a short-time kinda place.  Doubt I would stay there.  18 Coins on Bouakhao is in a pretty decent location if you like that area.

 

FYI lately I stay at Roof Garden Inn, between Pattaya and Jomtien for 800B a night for deluxe room with balcony. Their Agoda rates are now stupidly higher than if you contact direct. Arnold Armstrong <[email protected]>
