Air asia doing scam to all of us. They can cancel any flight and inform you to merge it pre or post date, this leads to spoil of your all holiday plan. So I say never to airasia.

Any airline can cancel any of its flights it wants.

I've had several flights with Air Asia the last 2 years & never had a problem

When there is cancellation of flight all airlines give refund. But air u require request for refund but air asia not giving refund. If they agree for refund they take 40 to 50 days for refund. Custmor service is always poor with airasia.
