Bummer that Sea Me and Sea Me Too have the 18-19 year old rule.  Never took an 18 or 19 yr old back when I stayed there, but that's enough of a reason for me to give them a pass on future trips (that + the last time I stayed there I was extremely disappointed in the crappy pillows, towels, etc. + possible construction nose nearby)

 

Along those lines, The Stay was on my list to check out, so sorry to see the 500 baht joinder for a 2nd girl.  I haven't been running a chain of threesomes through my room (like SOMEBODY I know! 555), but I'll look at Page 10 up the road where that won;t be an issue.

Most of the hotels dont charge for the 2nd girl if you are staying single person in a double seated room. Also where do you get 18 years old girls in pattaya ?
I tried finding some during my last visit , got one college student 19 years old

The room I had at Page 10 in June or July - on 8th floor IIRC - was just fine - no issues. 

 

I think their gym should have proper AC - and the pool remain open after dark - but that's me.

I've only stayed in their 808 suite, but that was certainly OK with me.

 

Anyway, I think the pool is technically closed after, like, 9-10 or something. But who's going to see you in the dark on the no doubt very shitty cameras they have installed up there?

I think the door to the pool is locked after 21:00?  Maybe you can get into the gym and jump out the window onto the pool area?  Or, better, slip a doorman a couple hundred baht to open the door?

so I was told, it is their policy...  never stayed there myself...

 

as with all these places, sometimes policy may not be enforced, and sometimes a little "tip" can grease the wheels...

Could possibly have been a simple case of dumb luck but I've stayed at a few of the hotels on your list of hotels that charge extra for more than 1 guest and I have never encountered a joiner fee for the additional guest. Perhaps it's a case by case basis or even a roll of the dice based on which staff member is working behind the desk at the time...who knows. I will say that I can personally recommend that China Garden hotel on Soi Lengkee is a top notch place to stay. Cheap yet comfortable with all the things you'd need and a great location too. No additional charges there for guests

Need info on the Scenery City hotel. In february 15 they were guest friendly but according to some replies on Agoda since middle of september they began to charge a joiner fee 300baht. Can anyone inform on the current policy of this hotel.
