Pattaya hotels with age restrictions and extra joiner fees

Anyone knows the rulz @ siam Bayview ? Heard it's GF... not a lot of posts about this hotel.. 

Read about more problems than success for Siam Bayview as I was also considering it, but decided not worth finding out myself.

 

Then I booked Tim Boutique before finding this thread about the 18/19yos, so going to have to cancel that booking. Then find out LK Empress(my 2nd choice) also has the same problem. 

 

My word, I guess it's Areca by default.

Oh well, I decided on LK Empress anyway and will take the advice of not taking the lift by the reception desk if I have an 18/19 yo with me. 

 

BTW, I brought back 2 girls one night to the Grand hotel Walking Street and one was 19. Both left IDs at front desk and no extra fees mentioned. Although I will say I wouldn't stay there again...it won't exactly impress any of your ladies that one.

I have stayed in LK hotels many times in the past. Never had a problem regarding bringing 18-19 year old girls back, and maybe never will
 in real life situations. But apparently they have now changed their official policy

This is the answer I got regarding changed joiner policy 


Dear sir,

Regarding the joiner policy, the charge is applied for the 3rd person which is 500 THB. For age restriction, guest must be at least 20 years old sir.

We have no joiner fees no matter how many guests you bring. As long as your guests are over 18 (the legal age in thailand) we don't ask or tell. Our guests are all addicts and for the most part know what they are getting into.

 

They have no problems with ladyboys too....

Just a suggestion for your next update: Could you list the hotels in alphabetical order? That would make it easier to find a specific one and not have to scan multiple times to make sure you didn't miss it.
