Jury awards Apple 290 million dollars over Samsung patent

San Francisco - A jury on Thursday ordered Samsung to pay Apple 290 million dollars in damages for violating iPhone and iPad patents, an amount that will be added to the almost 600 million Samsung has already been ordered to shell out.

That is such bull, apple steals everyone elses ideas and incorporates them, then patents a bloody shape, (square with rounded edges) even the logo was stolen from the beatles!

The insular nature off america allied with it's America Rah Rah Rah! attitude means bias is inevitable by judges and more so juries against "foreigners".

Most non American courts including Uk have told apple to sod off! in fact the high court told them to apologise in print to Samsung not once but twice!

Another great American company that does little for the American economy, employs most people at prodution centers  in China and gets away with paying little taxes.
