Looking for a room 3rd - 6th January in Talay 6

 

On the 3rd I arrive 8am so would need to be an early check in - just to make things more difficult

 

Have tried DW and a few others - everyone is fully booked

 

Is there anyone on the ground who would be kind enough to help me?

I want to be in VT6 as I have another room there for the remainder of my trip and cannot be bothered to pack and un pack and all the palava  that goes with it

Condo6 and there's another couple of places downstairs that rent rooms in the building.  Apart from that the Hilton is next door

The girl in the shop had the availability for every room BUT she did not have any answers at the time about the prices for Long Term lets - I left a number and sent an email still no response - that was in October

Was there in October myself and honey was there and normally she answered my emails always within the day

 

The girls should just have called her for you.

 

I just sat down in august for a drink and waited for her to come to arrange my October booking

To be honest I had all my accom. sorted BUT last week had to change my plans

 

So instead of coming Dec - I am now coming Jan - but that gives me an extra week - so it was worth it

 

It only these few days that I need any room in VT6 - I know there are options elsewhere but at this stage it is easier to get my stuff together go to the lift and move elsewhere in the building

Yes we did meet there I remember. My favorite quiet hangout on the 6, though last trip I guess Skeeter was not enough in the bar and it was lacking atmosphere on certain days

Socrates, are you all set? I was going to ask around downstairs after I got out of bed this AM but the TGF has been keeping me busy so far.

 

BTW, Honey is still here. Saw her loveliness in the lobby yesterday.

Apparently I have secured the room that Robert suggested

 

I asked in 3 different emails if it was confirmed without me paying a deposit and on 3 separate emails it was confirmed

 

The only issue may be - my check in time

 

I arrive around 8.30am and the room may or may not be available until 2pm

 

If that is the case I will utilise the services of the first massage place - to get a long shower followed by a couple of hours massage - followed by another long shower

 

I suppose I could grab some breakfast and will be good to go

 

Otherwise I will follow my own advice on another thread and go and see Pim at Full Moon
