The girlfriend's parents have one of their homes coming up for rent in Ayutthaya, which is about a 30 to 40 minute drive north of Bangkok.

4 bedroom/3 bath.

Rent: 20,000 baht a month.

Sell: 3.8 million baht.

They didn't do the greatest job in sending me "showcase" pictures, but you should get the basic idea.

PM me if you or anyone you know might have interest.

I'm feeling left out.

Not one single contrary comment? You boys aren't being yourselves.

Try one one of these:

1. "Bloody hell, I can find the same thing for 1000 baht."

2. "Bloody hell, who wants to live in a house?"

3. "Bloody hell, I have a room with a fan for 2000 baht."

OK then................for that price is the car included???

The best engine in the world is the vagina. It can be started with one finger. It is self-lubricating. It takes any size piston. And changes its own oil every four weeks. It is only a pity that the management system is so fucking temperamental.

Ok

Has the girlfriend got a younger better looking sister?

How long a rent are you looking for ? I could be interested in renting for a few months

Could you give us the address / google map link (or pm if you prefer) ?

Is there internet access in the house ? Aircon ?

How much does it cost in utility bill on average ?

Friend told me Ayuttaya was a nice place to visit. But is there enough to do there to stay for a month.

Maybe he said there were plenty of girls from the university hanging round the coffee shops at night time. He said they spoke good english and were young and pretty, not like your normal beer bar ladies. He seemed to think they were looking for financial help with their studies, but was unable to assist has he was there with tgf

Anyone spent any time there to confirm, my friend tends to exaggerate a bit 555

O, sorry not to interested in renting house, seems good value for four bedrooms

First thing comes to mind is i would need dengue fever inoculation with that mosquito breeding pond. :/)

True, was in Ayutthaya last month visiting the sites and with the rain I was getting eaten alive.  Wonder if you could put fish in to eat them before they hatch?

House looks great, might want to add interior pics too.

doesn't the water need to be stagnant to be a breeding ground for mosquitos?   a nice fountain would do the trick I think?

You are right I just looked it up, standing water is a breeding ground and fish or agitation can fix it although vegetation in the water can allow larva to grow and hatch.  The article said it only takes a couple of days for them to hatch which sucks.  I know when I was walking around the temples there was a lot of standing water from the rains and vegetation all over so even if you watch your property there is still a lot of areas for them to breed.

You could have one girl student in each bedroom on call to pay for board!

My wife has one of those pots where the plants grow in water. I complained about breeding mosquitoes so she got some fish...The next day she said the fish where gone and asked if i knew what happened?  I told her the mosquitoes probably  ate them..
