Mosaik Apartments

Hi All,

 

 

Im looking a 1 month oprions for July next year and ideally I am looking for 1 bedroom serviced apartments. I came across Mosaik Apartments on Soi day/night and quite like the look of the large 1 bedroom units (ones with the red sofa). Has anyone got any recent reviews of this place, im well aware of the type of area however it is easy to get around from there using baht busses etc.

 

Anyone got opinions on this place?, previously I have stayed at VT6 however this time the 1 bed units are a little out my bracket and most were very worn.

Stayed there last year…nice Rooms very clean and cheap. Just behind Tukcom..easy walk to WS and Beachroad. Whole area is 

a Gay area…not that have anything against but you be the only one bringing Home  aGirl.

VT6- Urban Condos-City Gardens and Avenue Residences  are my favoured for good location and Price 

Google east Coast Real Estate, Mango Properties for Listings. City Garden has there own Website for Bookings too.

Martin the Manager from ECR had a Condo at VT^ last Month available for $40 Day.

mosaik looks good,booked them for my next trip,gay area or not,im not bothered,will report on my stay there,quality of beds etc,price of extras,like cleaning and electric.

I've stayed there and it is a very handy location and has 24 hour security.

 

I lost my key on my first day and they were very good about it. They didn't charge me for a replacement. They also reviewed all the CCTV footage of the area outside my room to ensure that no one had got into my room while I had been out.

 

Be careful about the costs of cleaning and electricity. I don't recall how much they charged but it was certainly a lot more than I had expected.

 

Also the lighting isn't very good once Tuk.com and the coffee shops have closed. I had no problems but take the normal precautions.
