Hanoi - Four people were reported dead in central Vietnam floods Sunday, bringing the total in the past three days to 26, with another six missing.

Spent the night in Binh Dinh once.

 

Disastrous for those directly affected and those who died, but at least there isn't the abject poverty such as there is in PI/Tacloban.
