This is really an amazing Roundtrip.

Good you grab it, seems you like camping in an airplane.

Yeah, that is a fantastic price!  I was almost regretting my ticket I bought last July for the end of this month

Bought my ticket in the summer, I live in northern ontario. Paid $1430. The ticket went down to $1000 on tripadvisor for 2 weeks in September. What a fucking deal. I have price match but the flights were not identical. So no refund. Some times you win and sometimes you lose.

Its let me average down pretty good for the year.

Considering I paid $1330 for the trip coming up in three weeks.

Yeah, I paid $1270 on Korean Air in 2 1/2 weeks.  I think I got it at a good price considering I'm still traumatized by the first flight I ever took to Asia on North West 11 years ago.  I vowed never to take a north American airline after that horrible flight

One way says 9,986 miles. Where do you get these other distances from?

From Toronto connecting twice, one in the USA in a commuter plane is a terrible itinerary. Since AC, CX, and Eva all fly one stop trips. So do BA, LH and others heading east from Toronto.

23 hours of actual ass in seat time is a lot. Via HKG it is 18 hours.

I am flying Cathay Pacific on the 21st on a great business class sale, refundable $5,041 CDN vs. the usual $8,000 or so.
