Throughout the month of November, Chef Alberto Bruni at “Acqua” Italian restaurant, Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort Pattaya invites you to enjoy bird and game autumnal culinary treats. Grilled marinated quail is served with an original Mesclun salad. Lush venison fillet is accompanied by a rich red currant sauce and he has created a delicious rabbit ragout which is served with sage fettuccine for a true taste of Italy.
