Mr. Theesoom told the police that he is a security guard of one company and lives at the camp at STC cement which is located in Soi Sukhumvit-Pattaya 41, north Pattaya, when his daughter came up to him crying and signs that she had been attacked. He asked her what happened and she told him that she was sitting in front of the workers camp when a Thai man pulled up in a white car. Mr. Preecha was contacted about buying a car “Chang Kaew” located at Amphur Baan Bueng, Chonburi. The suspect said he would take some photos around the camp and would go back immediately so Mr. Preecha didn’t pay much attention to him and continued to work.
