I am in the process of negotiating a deal on behalf of the Members of PA

I am compiling a list of questions that you all want answered so that when I release the deal on the boards - almost every single angle has been covered on the initial bullet point listing - rather than 10 messages to cover each particular person and their requirements

I will list a few (not all) as I have a lovely young lady from Buriram coming over - just to start the ball rolling

Wi-Fi

Cleaning - covering sheets, towels etc

Shower

Beds

Safe

Facilities in room

Location

Prices - short and long term

Deposits and Booking Procedure

Payment terms

Cancellation procedure

Bills included for long stay or not

How do I get the negotiated rate

Complaints procedure

Damages

Other services available

Joiner fees

Cooking facilities

Complimentaries

Air con + fans

Taxi service

Times for check out check in - late check outs

Please feel free to add any other questions or ideas

unit costs for electricity   and water.

multi use wifi   eg for phone and tablet/pc  simultaneously.

I hit on utilities ( electricity and water ) as I am sure you know as you mentioned it there is some times a very big mark up and what seems a cheap rental is not such a good deal when you factor in the mark up.

Very good point regarding the "multi use of Wifi/internet, I had not payed much thought to this in the past as I have direct internet into my apartments ( not sheared with the rest of the condo ) and a wifi router connected only for the use of my apartments , and no ( usage restrictions set up on the router).

I think also disclosing the provider would be of interest to many and also the download upload speed mine are tot 12mb/1mb.
