Basically tattooing hair follicles onto the scalp may seem ludicrous to some, but guys have been resorting to all sorts of things to deal with their dreaded human condition throughout the history of mankind. I seen one 'treatment' where they actually surgically implanted small metal bolts into the scalp, so that a hairpiece could be snapped on. Tattooing might seem like a much better option to some guys that things like surgical transplants. Bottom line there is a market for this.
