The video was uploaded back in 2013 and seems to have been filmed in Bangkok!

I am not sure in what gogo bar though?

Carnival topfloor Nana Plaza had a twotiered revolving stage, not sure it was still open in 2013 though?

Carousel Bar opposite side (today Billboard) had a bigger carousel!
