If you have genuine Kamagra you won't feel any difference with Pfizer's Viagra. Unfortunately it appears that nowadays there is fake Kamagra around with very little to none active ingredients. I have ordered mine from an online store in the U.K. and it is "real" Kamagra; at least it does what I expected to do, not any different than Viagra. Ajanta Pharma is a very reputable company in India so it would be most unlikely that they would pull a scam in such an obvious manner.

I remember a year ago here in Holland we had the same problem with fake Viagra. Copied so good that even official pharmacies bought it. Only it didn't work.

Some people will claim particular brand named drugs are better than a generic but it is simply the power of marketing because they are exactly the same drug with a different label on them. 100mg of Sildenafil citrate is 100mg of Sildenafil citrate regardless of the brand name printed on the box. Same same with a 20 mg dose of Tadalafil.

 

Any additional benefit you feel from the more expensive brand name drug is a placebo effect.

When I first started using Cialis (and Viagra which, for me is no where as good as Cialis) I also started keeping a log for each trip made to LOS. I noted how much was taken at what time and how long it lasted.

As the generic Tadalis is so much cheaper than Cialis, and I purchased a huge amount of Tadalis, I was hoping to prove the generic was as good as Cialis.

Sorry, simply NOT TRUE. I have to take at least 2 Tadalis (1 every 24 hours) to try and equal the same results I get from 1, ONE, Cialis (good for 36 to 48 hours). Even at 2 to 1, the results with the generic are Not as good as with the real Cialis. On the other hand, the generic is so cheap, at 2 to 1 you are still saving money.

Anyway, how do I know I'm not buying a fake? Or rather, does anyone know of a place that sells the real thing, for sure? If so, how much?

Much too low a price for genuine Cialis. It should be closer to 2,000 THB for four 20mg pills.

 

Go to TOP Pharmacy (no association with TOPS Dept. Store) on Pratunmuk Road just north of Soi Marine Plaza and across from the V.C. hotel. Pratunmuk Road becomes Second Road (and one way traffic only) after it crosses South Pattaya Road going north.

Ask for Miss Suwanmalee (Khun Mong).

Tell her you want to purchase genuine Cialis and ask her to show you how they can tell the difference in the packaging.

She is the most honest person I've met in Pattaya and really knows her business.

I rate cialis or apcialis as better than kamagra or viagra because its side effects seem less pronounced not quite so flushed or stuffy as with Kamagra.

 

Also came across some green coloured kamagra in a pharmacy opposite Mikes in 2nd road, did query the colour and authenticity but apparently its this seasons colours and they worked a treat and cheap enough, so dont be scared off if offered dayglo green tabs.

No, they come in different sizes and you just have to estimate yours depends on how well you are ...cough... endowed. I know that Durex sells disposable vibrating cockrings. They come in one size but I have never tried one.

Your problem sound very familiar to me. I am 53, have had a heart attack last October and now I am on a shitload of meds. V and C still work although not so good as in the pre-med era. That's why I opt for a BJ more often. No problems whatsoever in that field. I do have to add that after I have lost quite some weight and doing workouts every other day, things are slowly improving overall and taking acetyl-l-carnitine and propiony-l-carnitine as a food supplement makes it much more easy to obtain an erection and to bust a nut more than once.

pfotoguy. I empathize with your situation. However the details are sketchy. I think a lot of Doctors would say "try Viagra first". If 50 mg doesn't do the trick. take a full tablet - 100mg. Avoid eating oily & fatty foods just prior to ingesting the Vit V. If 100 mg of Viagra won't get you as hard as a rock for several hours then we need to explore other options.

 

On a side note. After seeing Sexy's picture of the Kamagra jelly I decided to try it. All I can say is that it works "ok". But if it contains the exact same amount of Sinfidel Citrate as real Vit V - then why do I need to eat the whole packet (100 mg) to get a reaction not as good as 50 mg of Viagra? Something isn't Kosher.

 

The real stuff works incredibly well. Yes you can save some money. Depends on what your time is worth.

The last time I was in BKK, back in Aug of '06 I bought Lilly manufactured Cialis along with a fistful of broad spectrum antibiotics. I can't remember exactly where we stopped as my TGF suggested the pharmacy. All I know is the place was somewhere between Nana and Soi 19. Has the situation with regards to availability changed?

 

BTW, the Cialis worked fine and a full course of prophylactic antibiotics seemed to do the trick with regards to fending off the diarrhea I usually come down with in Cambodia.

The official stance is:

In monger speak that means you'll be more likely to get head rushes when you stand up, or possibly pass out.... The treatment lay flat on your back and let her do the work.....

 

I would think that it would pretty difficult to avoid drinking excessively in Pattaya when you spend most of the evening at beer bars or go gos. As one small glass of beer is 1 unit of alcohol then it is certain that the advised limit of 5 units is likely to be surpassed by a long way on an average evening.

 

This is ironic as one of the reasons for taking something like Cialis in the first place was to counteract the effect of excessive alcohol.

 

1) For someone of average weight with no serious medical problems but who wants a bit of insurance against let downs, e.g. after a night of hard drinking or following a lot of recent action, which of these is safe to take and in what dosage in order avoid the risk of any side effects (fainting after the event is not going to look very impressive)? I am also looking for a product which does not have restrictions about when you can or cannot have food/alcohol.

 

2) Are there any non chemical tablets e.g. vitamins, herbal pills that are tried and trusted to ensure that a guys Desire and performance is enhanced?

 

3) Do any of the products mentioned in this thread or any other products not mentioned help with suppressed ejaculation? If you have come every night for a few nights or have come already that same day or have been drinking excessive amounts of alcohol then sometimes it can be a real struggle to squeeze anything out.
