Room Safe stolen from hotel room occupied by 19 Year Old English Tourist.

Police were called to a room at the Baboona hotel located on Pattaya Beach Road between Soi’s 3 and 4 on Wednesday Night after a guest of the hotel reported a robbery. Police were met by Mr. Jonathan Erash aged 19 from England. He led Police to a wardrobe inside the room which used to contain a room safe which had apparently been stolen along with the contents which included a mobile phone, a digital camera, and 25,000 Baht in cash. He had just returned from Walking Street and realized his 2nd floor room had been broken into. The point of entry was the balcony door which had not been locked by the victim prior to him leaving the room earlier that night. Police are investigating.

Someone must have known to find something in there.

And the moral of the story is.... Lock up before you go out.

Or make sure the safe is attached to something or is to heavy to move!

Otherwise you may as well just stick your important stuff in your suitcase with the padlock on! lol
