How to do the most of my multiple entry visa, advice please.

Hi, I am first time on turist multiple entry visa.

 

I would like to knpow how to do the most, how long I can stay here on it, before to get new visa.

 

Its 3 times Entry visa (got it in London)

 

Date of issue : 4. Jun 2013

 

Entered Thailand : 15 Jun 2013

 

Admited Until : 13 Aug 2013

 

What date I should do visa run? or I Should go Jomtien Emmigration office and get 30 days extension as I live in Jomtien/Pattaya.

 

Someone told me before on other forum, I can get 9 months from that visa, all together.

 

Can You explain me how please

 

The Visa got Enter Before : 4 DEC 2013, is that means my last entry (3) got to be before 4 dec?

 

Is that visa got 6 months validity or something?

 

And where would be best to go to get new multiple entry visa (apart london)    Do they do 3 entries around here? Lao Cambodia, KL? Singapoore?

 

Or only 2

 

And I am Polish (poland)

 

I dont want go for visa in other country and consulate there take my passport for a week so i stuck there, I heard that happened to someone

dont get your visa to early as its valid from the day of issue not from entering thailand.a triple entry can be extended at immigration for 30 days so you can get 9months out of it if you time it right,after each extension do a border run do it the day before its due to run out if it runs out you get fined 500bht a day.theres a date stamped on your visa which tells you how long its valid for make sure you do your last border run before it expires.i do runs to cambodia pick you up from condo at 6 back at arround 2 afternoon if the crossing not to busy ,that from jomtien

You can get an extension for 30 days in Jomtien immigration . Do it before 13 Aug . Costs are 1900Bht .

After this extension (what will be till 11 September) you must make a visa run to activate the second entry on your visa .

You won't be able to get the full 9 months as your last entry has to be before 4 Dec . You can do 2 months on the second entry ,

get another extension in Jomtien but make shore you do another visa run and be back in the country before 4 Dec or you will

loose the last entry on your visa . Get another 30 day extension on your third entry and your visa will last for almost 9 months .

Easiest is Laos Vientianne but you can only get a double entry from there (2000Bht) . Usually it's a one/two day procedure .

The stamp in your passport will tell you the answer to that. If you want to get the max from you visa head to immigration on the day your visa stamp is about to expire and get a 30 day extension, then do a border run on the day you extension is about to expire, then repeat. It's pretty simple,

 

Be warned that immigration offices are closed for certain holidays, so plan ahead.

When the office is closed for a certain holiday you're allowed to show up 1 or 2 days late without consequenses .

Unless the rules have recently changed this is incorrect. The visa is stamped " Must be utilised before xx xx xx"

 My last two Non immigrant O visas were valid for up to 12 months before entry, my last tourist visa was valid for 3 months before entry.

I had a double entry visa and did the 30 day extension after only two weeks stay and I stayed 6 months totally.

I entered Thailand 1st of November, did the 30 day extension 14th of November. Left for Cambodia on 28th of Januari and had another 2 months on arrival to Thailand and did the 30 day extension in the end of Februari. You can do the 30 day extension as soon as possible even if the officer at immigration can complain,(I told him I did like this Before and he did the visa then) plan to go on a not so busy day and be there at least a half hour Before they open to get a decent Place in the queue:)

what reason you give in for for 30 days extension in jomtien

 

is it tm7 form + photo + copy of visa and passport?

am i right in thinking he has lost a months stay because it was issued a month before he arrived

My extension expires 9 sept.

I still got 2 entries on my visa

 

Where should I go Out and In, to activate second entry.

 

I stay in Pattaya

 

I am looking for 2 options

 

1. Cheap, and not too far go by van, the closest border 

 

2. May b some place where I could stay night or 2, and see something, but dont want very far tho..

 

Should I go through agency? i saw some ads for 1900THB, take me there and back?

 

Any good ones?

 

I might look on flights also, but intersted in cheapest way too.

 

How long is the van ride to closest border?

There is no need to leave your visit to immigration to the last day to maximise your stay. They will extend your entry by 30 days whenever you apply for the extension.
