Butchers arms

Anybody tried this place.

I found food mediocre, but wondered about rooms.

I've heard they're top notch (no personal experience) but plenty of info on here if you search.  I think the foods there is always good but I eat for two out in patts so normally find somewhere cheaper to eat.

Never stayed in the rooms but the last 3 times I went there(daytime), the staff were rude, incompetent and very unwilling to do anything but ignore you. The only reason I went in there was for a meeting with a friend but never again and he also has stopped staying there.

The reason I know is because I have thought about staying there a few times.
